Principles of Strategy You’ll cover how a strategic plan is far superior from a day to day operational plan and the key components of Crisis Anticipation. We’ll also cover the parallels between corporate strategy and military strategy that can help you succeed in a competitive marketplace today. You’ll cover why the starting point must be to develop clarity, how to concentrate on your strengths, the power of leadership flexibility and adaptable thinking versus mechanical thinking. We’ll also cover the importance and ways of enlisting your key team members, to ensure their full ownership in developing and executing on the plan.

In this concise and powerful module, you’ll cover the key components that make up the structure of a meeting from preparing in advance, through to the conclusion and follow-up.

Delegation: The Key to Leverage To scale your organization you must be willing to let go of certain day to day tasks and delegate them effectively to key members of your team. Uncovering the right methodology for setting priorities and allotting for greater efficiency, the relationship between your rewards and your results, and the fundamentals of modern-day time management are all things we will go over in week five.

The Leadership Focal Point Leaders today have too much to do and not enough time. The key is to simplify your life. You will learn how setting peace of mind as your highest goal is the pivotal point for getting your life into balance and maintaining good mental health. Booked as a one on one follow-up coaching call, you’ll have a chance to review your progress and make any required adjustments with your new skill sets. Finally, we will close the program with a brief, but enjoyable, graduation.

Learning Design and Format

Your abilities as a leader will flourish as you progress through each session. The program is limited to eight participants to maximize your learning time. This is an immersive learning environment with other like-minded business people with a desire to learn and improve their executive capabilities. The program is flexible enough to accommodate your busy schedule. The time commitment with field work and check in coaching is approximately three hours a week. You will have the opportunity to contribute and learn from some of the best minds in business.
